Hockeystore was founded in 2015 in Jönköping, with the goal of creating a specialist store where hockey players could find everything from uncommon accessories to the latest hockey clubs and skates. The concept was a success and quickly became one of the country's largest hockey stores. In early 2018, Hockeystore left the Team Sportia organization and is now part of Spobik AB.
